Superman would win.
Against Neo would depend on the conditions of the battle.
Essentially Neo is superman in the virtual world, but in reality, not so much. Thus Superman would win.
but goku, given enough rest, can defeat anyone
Yeah, it seems like all the internet nerds out there are heavily in the Goku camp, particularly if you assume Goku is in his Super Saiyan 4 form. But I think Superman is still the best.
