It's about time! Finally, police in Texas are getting to the root of the drunk driving and public drunkenness issue that has plagued them for so long. In hindsight sending undercover agents into bars was really the only logical way to tackle it.
Yeah.

Wow - I jsut saw "V for Vendetta" yesterday - and somehow this reminded me of that - sort of state mind police type tactics in a way - big brother is out there and watching, making sure that while drinking at a bar, one does not get drunk....
