In honour of Fat Tuesday, or as it is called here, somewhere, Pancake Tuesday. Why I don't know. If memory serves me correctly, this is the day in Britain where they have pancakes with brown sugar and lemon juice on them. Or so said my cousin Lucky back in 1993.
